Payment Policy
Masqueraders are required to pay a non-refundable deposit to register and complete costume bookings. The non-refundable deposit is required regardless of the price of the costume. Aug 31, 2024 the costume balance is due on or before the advertised date for costume collection. Costume pickup & Mas Camp Location in NYC ONLY.
Costumes must be paid in full prior to collection and can be paid as follows:
- By (Cash, Debit & Credit Card) and online via Credit Card (Visa & MasterCard, Amex, Zelle etc..).
- Personal Checks will not be an accepted form of payment.
MASQUERADERS, PLEASE NOTE THAT YOUR REGISTRATION WILL ONLY BE VALID WHEN THE ENTIRE DEPOSIT IS ISSUED.

Refunds/Returns Policy
Please note that carnival costumes are custom-made therefore once a down payment is paid, it is non-refundable. Therefore, information provided by you the “Customer” will be considered as final and as such there will be:
- NO Exchange or Switching of Section
- NO Changing of Sizes
- NO Costume Transfers
- NO Returns Accepted
- NO Refund
